To further enhance team cohesion, centripetal force, and execution capabilities among our employees at Corporation, and to foster camaraderie and collaboration, enlivening the team atmosphere and let employees relax both physically and mentally during their intense work , Xianshun successfully organized a team-building event on November 25th. The theme of the event was "Speed and Passion, Energy Conservation, Efficient Collaboration, Future Win-Win."

The aim of this team-building was to strengthen team cohesion while promoting the concept of green environmental protection, aiming for a higher quality and more efficient development. Throughout the event, a series of challenging and enjoyable team tasks effectively sparked the team spirit and innovative thinking among employees. These tasks required participants to utilize limited resources to create a fast and energy-efficient racing car, combining speed and passion in a splendid collision. Teams collaborated closely, exemplifying teamwork and striving to complete tasks as quickly as possible. They showed excellent assembly skills, constructing sturdy and using resources obtained through make the rapid car.

After the competition, the team leader organized everyone to have a barbecue in the camp. Everyone helped each other to bake delicious food and share the joy of labor. As night fell, a bonfire party was held under the backdrop of fireworks. The day concluded with everyone gathered around the bonfire, singing and dancing with laughter.

This event not only improved the team's collaboration and innovation but also allowed participants to experience the importance of energy conservation firsthand. It inspired employees to actively practice the principles of energy efficiency and environmental protection in their daily lives. Additionally, cash prizes were awarded to recognize the outstanding performance of three teams during the event, emphasizing the importance of high quality and efficiency, encouraging employees to enhance work quality while pursuing speed.
